Shipping
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders usually require a 3-month turnaround window. When in stock, orders are usually processed within 24 hours. They can take as long as 2 days at the longest. We do not ship on holidays and weekends, only US business days.
Is shipping included?
Our complimentary shipping program is as follows:
- All continental US orders of $250 +
- International orders of $500 +
- 2 or more t-shirts (Continental US)
Note: We ship using standard shipping. Additional shipping options will be provided during the checkout process.
What shipping services do you use?
All US packages are either shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Del Rosario cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with shipping and tax charges.
How does overnight and 2nd Day Air shipping work?
Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST for an overnight shipping order. Your package will ship that day and arrive the next business day. All orders intending for overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery need to be made by 11AM PST in order to ship on time to you. We do not ship overnight packages on weekends or holidays.
How do I track my package?
Once you finish your order. You will be emailed an order confirmation with a tracking link.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship overseas?
You are welcome to purchase and have our products shipped to you from the US. However, we suggest that you refer to our “STOCKISTS” page. This page will refer you to a local Retailer or Distributor’s within your area where you can purchase our merchandise. We advise purchasing locally as international shipping and delivery may be costly and time consuming. Alternatively, you can also call or e-mail your favorite retailer and have them contact us, we’d love to add them to our affiliates program!
NOTE: Most deliveries will require a delivery confirmation signature to ensure package receipt.
If you would like to purchase from our site, international Packages are shipped through DHL, FedEx or UPS. Cost includes insurance. Shipping can be tracked with a tracking number that will be emailed to you after you place your order. International orders are limited to $1000.00 (US). If you’d like to make a larger purchase, you will need to place another order.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied once your package reaches your country. Del Rosario is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your package. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are collected at the time of delivery. Policies differ from country to country. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred.
